• Late Payments: If payment is not made within 7 business days, an additional fee may apply.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Advance Notice:
  Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your service.
• No-Show or Failure to Notify:
  If we do not receive notice by the agreed-upon time (via call or text), a $45.00 fee will be applied to your next scheduled cleaning.
• Same-Day Cancellations:
  Cancellations made on the same day of the scheduled service will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost.
• No-Show Policy:
  If we are unable to access the agreed-upon location at the scheduled time, the full service fee will be charged.
• Reschedule: While we are flexible and can adjust cleaning days or times within the same week, changing the week of the service can be more complex.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible experience, we kindly request that you:

• Ensure access to the location at the scheduled time.
• Safeguard pets and valuables.
• Inform us in advance of any special requirements or potential risks.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Our goal is to meet and exceed your expectations. If there are any issues with the service provided, contact us within 24 hours so we can address the situation, including re-cleaning if necessary, at no additional cost.

6. Liability

• We are insured for any damages caused during the service.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or improperly stored items.
• Please notify us about fragile or delicate items before the service begins.

7. Health and Safety

To protect our team and clients:

• Our professionals will not move heavy items or handle hazardous materials.

8. Termination of Services
